Company Guidelines

• We provide our services to qualifying Montana Medical Marijuana program card holders or other states equivalences only.

• Medicine is for our patients use only and is never to be shared or distributed to anyone. This would violate both state and federal laws, which could result in the loss of your rights, and your card.

• Patients will agree that these services are intended for medical purposes only and will not be used for anything else.

• We operate in a not for profit way and only ask for reasonable compensation.

• All payments are due in full at the time services are received.

• We only accept cash, money orders or cashiers checks for all services.

• Personal checks will not be accepted.

• Patients must notify us within seven days if exiting the program or changing caregiver.

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, and can terminate any membership for any reason.

• To become a member of Medical Marijuana of Montana you must list us as your caregiver and register with the state.

• We follow all state medical marijuana laws and expect our patients to also.

• At Medical Marijuana of Montana we keep all information 100% confidential. We respect your right for privacy.

• Each patient must sign all of our contracts.

• Our company supports all compassionate laws that are in place to provide patients with a safe and legal way to obtain medical marijuana.

• We do not discriminate against any patients, and we keep our patient’s feelings at heart.

Presuming you are registered with the state patient registry and carrying your registry identification card, you may consume medical marijuana on your property, or elsewhere. However, the law does not permit:

(a) any person to operate, navigate, or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft, or motorboat while under the influence of marijuana; or
(b) the smoking of marijuana:
(i) in a school bus or other form of public transportation;
(ii) on any school grounds;
(iii) in any correctional facility; or
(iv) at any public park, public beach, public recreation center, or youth center.
